We all know that green leafy vegetables are a key part of a healthy, balanced diet, but many don’t realise that not all greens are created equal! Like kale and other “super-greens” before it, Moringa oleifera has been lauded in the news as having one of the best nutritional profiles around; rich in vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Much sought, the leaves of this North African tree are not something that are easily added to our everyday diets however.
