At the French Retreat we focus on helping clients improve their level of health, relationships, intimacy, fitness and overall well-being. We use a combination of Cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) in our coaching program. CBT is a group of therapies based on the principle that thoughts cause our feelings and behaviors, not external factors such as people or situations. By changing our thoughts, we can change our feelings and behaviors.
At our residential treatment programs, each resident is seen as a unique individual with their own strengths and weaknesses. Residents are accepted and appreciated for who they are, rather than being viewed as a “case” or a “patient.”
