You will learn to incorporate meditation as part of your daily routine, meditation that is easy to learn, effortless to practice and does not require specific beliefs, behavior or lifestyle and is not connected to any religion.

Our retreat incorporates several meditation styles backed by scientific research shown to help keep your mind and body healthy by transforming an individual and settling to the simplest, most powerful state of awareness allowing you to tap into the inner reservoir of your creativity, energy and intelligence.

During your stay you will practice concentration meditation that trains the mind to eliminate all distractions allowing your mind to be calm and awakened. In reflective meditation you learn to change the course of your life through mindfulness meditation, chakra meditation and creative meditation to transform your mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful and from unhappy to happy.


Our local Yoga instructor has over 20 years experience teaching Yoga in Bali and India, we can create a tailor made workout designed especially for you to take home and practice.

Available reviews of a wide range of yoga practices suggest they can reduce the impact of exaggerated stress responses and may be helpful for both anxiety and depression. In this respect, yoga functions like other self-soothing techniques, such as meditation, relaxation, exercise, or even socializing with friends.

By reducing perceived stress and anxiety, yoga appears to modulate stress response systems. This, in turn, decreases physiological arousal — for example, reducing the heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and easing respiration. Healthy Eating

Healthy, delicious vegetarian, organic meals can be provided using locally grown organic fruit and vegetables on every retreat.  Wholemeal foods will be used as well as foods low in saturated fat during your retreat. All meals are based on the principles of good nutrition, health and good taste.
